The designer of this amazing weapon was a German man who later whote the book LEGO for Adults.
Although there were only 1,050 copies of this book printed you can still get your hands on a copy at amazon. The book contains full and detailed constrction plans for building two guns entirely from lego. Below is a short video of one of the guns.
